What We Collect
When you submit a quote or contact enquiry through this site, we collect:
- Your name, email address and telephone number
- Your property postcode and, where you provide it, the project address
- Details of the client type and service you are enquiring about
- Any project description or photos you choose to upload

Why We Collect It
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site survey where appropriate, and deliver any work you go on to instruct us to carry out. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Legal Basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — see below.
How Enquiries Are Handled
Our contact and quote forms are processed by Netlify Forms, a data processor acting on our instructions. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and are not publicly accessible. We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and any period required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes afterwards.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to delete data we no longer need, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have a concern about how your data has been handled, contact us at [email protected]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you remain unsatisfied.
