Who We Are
Custoris Property Services plans and delivers property improvement, maintenance and external works — from driveways and refurbishment to landscaping and cleaning — for homeowners, landlords, care providers and commercial clients across the Midlands. We bring structure, accountability and clear documentation to every project we take on.
Our Approach
Every project starts with a site survey and a written scope of works, so you know what to expect before anything begins. We understand that property is an investment, and we treat it that way. For our public sector and care-sector clients, we know that compliance and consistency matter as much as the quality of the work itself. For private landlords and homeowners, we know that reliability and communication are what makes a project run smoothly.
Project Management and Communication
A single point of contact manages each project from initial survey through to completion, with regular progress updates rather than silence between the start and the end of a job. You receive completion documentation at handover, so there is a clear record of the work carried out.
Health and Safety
We take a considered approach to health and safety planning on every project, appropriate to the scale and nature of the work. Our team includes CITB and CSCS trained personnel; we do not claim that every individual holds every possible qualification, and we are happy to discuss the specific competencies relevant to your project on request.

We draw on standards and professional oversight shared across the group's technology, training and advisory businesses — cross-sector experience that most property contractors do not have access to, and which is particularly relevant to properties in regulated environments such as supported living and care settings.
